CAS is currently seeking an Accounting Analyst.  This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Duties:

Monitor and respond to internal or external customer inquiries regarding invoicing requirements, questions, and issues received in the Billing Team mailbox.

Support multiple processes and reporting related to the month-end and weekly billings and distribution of invoices.

Initiate billing for daily and weekly invoice requests.

Research and analyze ECC (SAP) and/or usage management system records to resolve product billing, and other operational issues or invoicing data.

Prepare billing invoice adjustment requests by researching, validating, and obtaining proper approval.

Generate credit/debits for all products and manual orders/contracts upon receipt of approvals.

Support month-end processes related to generation and distribution of customer electronic usage reports.

Support the implementation of corporate partnership agreements and specialized billing of contracts.

Follows established procedures for reviewing invoice documents created on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Ensure that all activities are subject to a quality assurance step.

Support ECC (SAP) Finance related testing.

Complete quality assurance checks on ECC (SAP) contracts prior to billing.

Generate and analyzes ECC (SAP) weekly/monthly reports and provides feedback to the supervisor to assist in ensuring compliance with production schedules and established procedures.

Complete service credits as requested by CAS Customer Care through SalesForce.com.

Complete action on SalesForce.com cases as requested by CAS Sales CAM team.

Maintain detailed and up to date documentation on areas of responsibility.

Provides support during the annual CAS Financial audit in the area of providing invoice and credit documents along with all sustaining records.

 

Requirements:

Some college or equivalent with minimum 3 years accounting/bookkeeping experience required

Experience with ECC (SAP) applications desired

Experience with SalesForce.com desired

Experience in quality assurance checks with a high level of accuracy.

Candidate must have experience with PC word processing, spreadsheet applications, Adobe Pro, e-mail, Internet, as well as, general business office, or accounting experience.

Possess basic math skills plus strong problem solving/researching, organizational, and communication skills.

The position requires the ability to carry out assignments and projects with minimal supervision.
