Position Summary

 

As an Enterprise Architect in our Technology Division, you will be a critical member of our Enterprise Architecture team at the forefront of innovation driving our solutions and empowering customer success. 

 

You will be fundamental in establishing the end-to-end vision of the application and system’s architecture, and will assist in its realization. You will work together with other Enterprise Architects, Tech Leads, Development Managers and the Development teams to drive architecture design and standards.  This is a highly technical role with strong leadership and technical competencies to deliver excellent solutions.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven leadership, communication and project management skills
  • Possess critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of architecture, enterprise architecture, and application design patterns
  • Strong business acumen
  • Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels

 

Duties

  • Develop enterprise strategies and reference architectures (i.e. Web applications, microservices, API, IAM, and Integration).
  • Assessing and documenting current state (baseline) enterprise-wide application architecture.
  • Developing future state enterprise-wide application architecture.
  • Play a key role in engaging parts of the CAS Technology staff and peers to insure a successful rollout program.
  • This role serves as a technology & simplification thought leader across CAS
  • Develop practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals.
  • Ability to perform many tasks during the creation of a solution including project management, technical architecture and design, physical design, technology strategy, work estimation, and budgets.
  • Qualify new technologies and software products prior to attempting to introduce them to CAS
  • Initiate technical architecture with project teams and direct them to effective technologies and designs
  • Identify and propose efforts to eliminate redundant applications and Integrations.
  • Change agent to anticipate technology opportunities and support business initiatives
