Position Summary

Assist an Agile software development team to build software applications and systems, creating or enhancing CAS products and services. Collaborate with teammates and product owners to groom backlogs of epics and stories for upcoming development sprints. Take software engineering to a new level, driving improvements in automated software testing, advanced change control, and continuous delivery. Connect across the organization and build influential working relationships, and stay abreast of the latest technology trends through individual and team professional development opportunities.


Job Requirements:


1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, or its foreign equivalent;


2.  Five (5) years of progressive software development experience;


3.  Additional experience must include:

  • Design, development, maintenance, and modification of manual and automated testing frameworks and applications utilizing Ruby, Cucumber, Selenium, Selenium-Webdriver, Watir, Java, and JavaScript
  • Generation of Unit Tests, Integration Tests, End-to-End Tests, and Multi-Platform Tests 
  • Collection and analysis of functional, business, and user requirements and translation into functional web solutions and tools
  • Functional, performance, stress, user acceptance, and regression testing to determine product quality and release readiness
  • Identification, isolation, and tracking of defects throughout testing
  • Programming and scripting using Ruby, Rubymine JavaScript, Java, IntelliJ and Eclipse editor
  • Exploratory testing to review user interfaces for consistency and functionality
  • Continuous integration, code review, test-driven development, software builds, and deployments using Jenkins with Git/Gerrit


    4.  Must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
