CAS is currently seeking a Software Engineer to be a part of our Technology Talent Acceleration Program. This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.




  • A Bachelor Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT Security, ITM, Informatics, Information Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, MIS, Security and Risk Analysis or relevant STEM majors.
  • 24 months or less of professional work experience in the Technology field.
  • A strong commitment to a career in technology and passion/aptitude for both software and technology.




The CAS Technology Talent Acceleration Program (TechTAP) offers passionate early career technologists an opportunity to grow their business acumen, leadership and technical skills while building a career with unlimited potential. Program members lead by doing, gaining real-world experience by working on important and challenging projects while exploring various technical functional areas within CAS.  The program will involve a variety of assignments through functional areas such as Application Development, Big Data/Content Management, Analytics and Insights, Information Security, Infrastructure, Business Technology, and Project Management. Program members are typically identified as key future leaders for the organization and will benefit from accelerated investment enhancing leadership skills.
