CAS is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist. This position will be based in our headquarters in Columbus, OH.

 

Based in Columbus, OH, CAS is one of the most exciting companies in the scientific information industry. We are seeking a digital marketing specialist with strong email, coding, and campaign building skills to help the organization reach scientists, researchers, and decision makers across the globe who use data from CAS to guide their key decisions.  
 
Responsibilities and Duties
•    Build and execute integrated campaigns leveraging our Eloqua, Salesforce, Hootsuite, and Drupal marketing environment to reach our global target audience 
•    Support channel development and marketing strategy through competitive and industry benchmarking, best practice development, and research to identify trends in consumer behaviors and technology advancements.
•    Continuously improve customer and salesforce communications including identifying new opportunities for targeting, personalization, template development, messaging improvements, etc. in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
•    Demonstrate tactical best practices and conventions in collaboration with customer experience teams to meet or exceed user needs and expectations. 
•    Analyze and report on specific campaigns, objectives, results and KPIs highlighting success, trends and opportunities.
•    Develop, analyze, and report on A/B and multivariate tests to optimize communication performance and deliver on program goals.
•    Build interactive form elements as part of campaigns top capture prospect/user information and deliver expected user results while contributing to the lead scoring and business intelligence model of the Marketing Automation platform.  
•    Build campaign landing pages to support congoing campaign efforts, leveraging the marketing automation platform to deliver engaging user experiences that exceed consumer expectations while satisfying campaign objectives (lead generation, customer engagement, asset delivery)
Requirements:
•    2+ years in communications direct to consumers or businesses
•    Demonstrates ability to cultivate strong working relationships across functional groups and lines of business
•    Working knowledge of email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM/GDPR regulation, reputation management and industry standard KPIs is preferred
•    Email communication management and best practices: Proficient in email development languages preferred - HTML, SQL, Ampscript and CSS
•    Hands on experience with running complex cross-channel campaigns in enterprise level platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Selligent, Marketo or Pardot
•    Ability to adapt to ever changing scientific landscape
•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
