CAS is currently seeking a Product Engineer. This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
Job Responsibilities:
- Capture and document voice of the customer that supports value-driven improvements around customer access and customer self-service tools for CAS products and services while aligning with organizational initiatives.
- Support feature discovery and development of feature requirements focused on improving the customer experience and increasing business value.
- Establish/track and communicate Roadmap for customer conversions to SSO (including process improvements) across multiple divisions and multiple levels of management.
- Assess customer interest, intake requests and set customer expectations for SSO.
- Perform SSO kickoff with customer and provide support through testing to implementation.
- Provide 2nd/3rd level technical support globally for all CAS Products and Services.
- Leverage Subject Matter Expertise across all CAS Products, Infrastructure, 3rd party tools.
- Triage/Identify issues or feedback reported and provide to Product Management.
- Assist in migrating customers to newer platforms and managing the customer experience.
- Participate and provide feedback for user acceptance testing.
- Leverage tools to proactively ensure customers are achieving a good CX product experience.
Job Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience in areas of related discipline, such as customer experience, technology, quality assurance, product management or similar. Minimum of 5 or more years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with strategic thinking, conceptual/analytical capabilities, detail-oriented problem-solving skills, and personal accountability; ability to place focus on business results with solid requirements and design skills.
- Effective communicator and facilitator as conducive to a high-performance organization; adept at influencing and achieving results using positive and collaborative methods.
- Proficient with building rapport and credibility as a strategic partner with business divisions, while working with colleagues and leaders at various levels within the organization.
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Extensive knowledge of CAS Products.
