Senior HRIS Analyst

 

Serve as the subject matter expert in delivering Human Resource SAP SuccessFactors solutions to various internal and external customers. Provide complex, non-routine analytical, technical, and operational support for the HRIS team.  Gather requirements, design, implement, evaluate and analyze data and reporting mechanisms to bring clarity to HR-related issues and overall trends in the organization.  Support SuccessFactors integrations with 3rd party systems leveraging expertise in SuccessFactors integration technologies; oversee the maintenance of SuccessFactors system and developing and implementing ad-hoc reports; and actively participate in SuccessFactors and other system improvement projects and initiatives, including testing. Work closely with HR and Compensation staff, IT and HR business leaders to identify new enhancements, updates or maintenance opportunities.  Perform SuccessFactors configuration requests; lead the creation and loading all types of employee data load files; and lead the maintenance of file and information integrity of the system.  Identify data integrity issues and work within the HR team to update and correct the data as necessary. Periodically audit the data components to ensure data integrity within the system. Lead all internal audit requests, as required. Identify opportunities for improving Human Resources processes through information systems changes.

 

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or its foreign equivalent.

2. Five (5) years of progressive experience with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SAP SuccessFactors.

3. Additional experience must include:

  • SAP Human Resources applications including SAP Succession & Calibration, SAP Learning Management, SAP Compensation, SAP Performance & Goals, SAP Recruiting & Marketing, and SAP Reporting.
  • SAP interface integration experience
  • Project management experience
  • SAP Human Capital Management certification
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification

4. Less than 10% travel required

5. Must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
