Position Summary

CAS is currently seeking a Software Engineer for our Technology Talent Acceleration Program which is scheduled to start June 2021. This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. 


Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, MIS, Information Technology Management, IT Security, Cybersecurity, Security and Risk Analysis, Data Analytics, Data Analysis or relevant STEM majors.
  • Minimum cumulative 3.3/4.0 GPA or equivalent.
  • 24 months or less of professional work experience.
  • A strong commitment to a career in technology and passion/aptitude for both software and technology.

CAS TECHNOLOGY TALENT ACCELERATION PROGRAM (Tech TAP)

 

The CAS Technology Talent Acceleration Program (TAP) offers passionate early career technologists an opportunity to grow their business acumen and leadership and technical skills while building a career with unlimited potential. Program members lead by doing, gaining real-world experience by working on important and challenging projects within various functional areas within CAS. Program members are typically identified as key future leaders for the organization and will benefit from accelerated investment enhancing leadership skills.

  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Familiarity with current industry standards, development trends and technology development tools.
