Creative Services Designer

Job Description:

Create design solutions for a wide range of campaigns and special projects. Design campaigns and special projects, including print and web ads, brochures, flyers, posters, social media and email graphics, exhibit booths and banners, catalogs, postcards, letterhead, landing pages, logos, videos, and other marketing campaign elements such as hand-coding HTML files for use in emails and landing pages. Utilize current design styles to develop creative marketing strategies for digital and print campaigns while meeting established brand guidelines and high standards for quality. Follow established visual identity guidelines while serving as brand advocate for marketing colleagues.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Visual Communication, or a closely related field or its foreign equivalent.

2. 3 years of creative experience in graphic design, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

3. Education and/or experience must include:

• Design principles, visual design skills, and technical knowledge
• Creating materials in multiple languages and for audiences in different countries
• Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Acrobat Pro.
• Microsoft PowerPoint, Mac OSX, HTML5, and CSS.
• Email marketing, WordPress, and brand asset management.
• Illustration, project management, and typography.
• Design in a 3D environment.

4. Must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
